Love this place fantastic value for money breakfast, friendly staff and a lovely brew!!!! Keep up the great work!!!! I love the fact they haven't lost the "builders breakfast" with the new look interior. I hate when places try go too upmarket with an old British fry up!!! See you again soon

Disappointing and Unappetizing Experience
I had high hopes for this café, but unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. First off, the place felt grimy and in desperate need of a good clean. The tables were sticky, and the overall atmosphere was far from inviting.
The food was another letdown. My full English breakfast arrived swimming in grease, with soggy toast and undercooked bacon. The eggs were rubbery, and the sausages tasted like they’d been sitting on the grill for far too long. Even the coffee was weak and tasteless, more like dishwater than a proper cup of coffee.
The service wasn’t much better. The staff seemed disinterested and not particularly friendly, making the whole experience feel even more unwelcoming. I understand that greasy spoons are meant to be cheap and cheerful, but this place was neither.
There are much better options nearby for a decent breakfast.

Nice little place.
I think the vegi sausage needs to be looked at, has a weird after taste.
Strange how you order on a machine on the wall, has a fast food feel to the place.
Waitress was friendly and coffee was nice.
A little pricey for what it is but left nicely full

This used to be our regular Saturday morning treat but for a variety of reasons we hadn't been for a while (nothing to do with Bear Grills I might add). Had a fabulous breakfast this morning. Delicious oatcakes and breakfast and my Grandson polished off his beans on toast and milkshake. Definitely back to Saturday mornings at Bear Grills!!

A great place to go for breakfast in Congleton and one of the few places open on a Sunday. Proper "dirty" fry-up food. Staff are friendly, food is served quickly, and a lot of good food options are available to choose from. The hash browns and sugar waffles are particularly good but the sausages could be better. It's a little overpriced for what it is but still somewhere I will gladly visit again.

Been quite a few times, had a few different items off the breakfast menu and great every time. Really good value for money, easy ordering process either via the self order pad or pay cash at the till. Full English super delicious. Love it

The staff were super friendly, the ordering process with a McDonalds style kiosk is really good. The vibe in there and the music was great, however....the McDonalds style breakfast muffin was a bit tasteless but it was okay, but the coffee was absolutely shocking, I suspect it's an automated machine, which you just cannot have if you are a cafe. It's a real shame because the cost wasn't too bad and it had other positive points but I'm not sure that I could go back based on the quality of the food and coffee.

The food was straightforward and high-quality, the service was speedy and friendly, and the playlist was all-killer (80's hits while we were there). Also good view of the bus station for large vehicle-watching.

Very disappointed, sandwich had no butter on and wasn't cut. Girlfriend never eaten her muffin, it had sauce which was never asked. Very greasy and will deffo not be eating here again.

Just wanted toast and coffee. Only white bread for toast. Coffee machine broken. Pay by cash unless you want to use a complicated kiosk system.

Fabulous place for breakfast! Great food, fantastic friendly staff always happy to help. The music creates a great atmosphere with some 80s classics. You won't be disappointed.

Came here for a breakfast a few days ago, and was highly disappointed. the sausages were near raw and very flavourless. The black pudding seemed stale/dry and was hard to cut through (You get more beans then you do breakfast). And not to mention I found what seemed like a short curly hair in my beans. I do not recommend going here.
